I went to the Mint Hill location, and Jonathan and Justin were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I was able to get my car within an hour! I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bad experience, whoever handles tag and registration is very rude and unprofessional. I was promised my tag could be mailed to me before I purchased the vehicle. Today I was told the tag arrived and I would have to drive to Monroe to pick it up. Even though I communicated that my work schedule wouldn't allow me to pick it up and I needed it mailed. The guy assured me they could work something out and have the tag mailed. This is very unfortunate and I've only got rude responses through text message telling me I could have someone else pick up the tag. Why is it such a hassle to mail the tag your telling me the person have to stay 2 hours away it just don't make sense. To add my passenger seat has issues reclining the salesperson Danny assured me they were aware and had the part ordered. He stated I would get a call when the part arrived and they would fix free of charge. Again all of this was promised to me before I purchased the vehicle. It's been nearly a month and I haven't heard anything regarding the part. This place seems more and more like a scam with every interaction I have with anyone from the staff.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with, no empathy just crooked car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle from them no more then a week and a half later I had an issues with the vehicle. I bring the vehicle back and was told while they fix the car to figure out my own transportation, mind you I had the car for a week and a half before the engine was overheating. They proceeded to act like they were doing me a favor by fixing it, not understanding it is a thing called "bad business". Oh btw they will try to disarm you with Daniel's "cool kid" persona, but he doesn't care either. Soon as they get your money its coldness and shortness. The woman in finances is just as mean and nasty. She is short with people and acts if she is better then and smarter then, also she will threaten you with what she doesn't "have to do". The business etiquette doesn't live there at all. I should have known when I first went their and I was met with Daniel smoking a vape, and saying "whatsup dawg." The sad thing is I was hit but a drunk driver and the car was totaled, and I was released for doing any business with these people it sucks that outside of me surviving, that was the silver lining.

Like some of the other reviews on this dealer the actual staff mean well and are nice I must say. I purchased a 2021 corolla that seemed in good shape, no red flags at all, and a few months later when I'm getting maintenance performed, come to find out my brake calipers have fallen off because the bolts were missing. According to the carfax report the brakes were serviced here so there was negligence involved when putting them back on after checking the brakes. Selling an unsafe car, especially something like brakes which is so easy to check should be something to watch out for.

I had THE best experience buying a car here yesterday! I couldn't believe how easy it was and how efficient and smooth my process was. Mr. Colorado was superb, gave me the deal I wanted, just amazing. Speechless actually. So thank you all, the whole staff was so polite and kind.

Imagine just paying a substantial down payment, plus an additional payment. HAVING had insurance the ENTIRE time, but you switched insurance companies. So instead of giving you time to confirm that you have coverage without a lapse, they repo your car. Now on top of the money that you just spent you have to pay an additional $600 to get your vehicle back EVEN THO YOU HAD INSURANCE THE ENTIRE TIME, all within the first 30 days!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I would NEVER recommend this place.

They mean well, but rely on Ai to handle their scheduling and customer service. I have bought from them before, but ended up going somewhere else because the ai they use would only speak to me about vehicles they have on their lot that have a salvage title…no one wants those. At least not me.
