Was a great buying an experience Daniel worked with me and my horrible credit to give me in the car I've been looking for.

Very unprofessional company! They are very pushy, & come off very untrustworthy!

They mean well, but rely on Ai to handle their scheduling and customer service. I have bought from them before, but ended up going somewhere else because the ai they use would only speak to me about vehicles they have on their lot that have a salvage title…no one wants those. At least not me.

It's very easy to explain: you're treated according to how you look. Good luck shopping there.

I'll start off saying the customer service was great across the board! But for the people looking to buy cars make sure your taking a personal mechanic to check out your car with you before buying... I bought a car last month from here the first red flag was th battery being dead ok so I brushed it off and asked the dealer if it could be recharged or replaced with another battery he told me sure we can get that handled .... Well they replaced or used the same battery and guess what it smelled like rotten eggs in my car and eventually it caught sparks and started smoking while I drove the car turns out it was the acid coming out of the battery and the the plugs that screw on the the battery are in terrible condition. So if you have children and want to have a great running car make sure your checking under that hood and don't overlook what you might think is a small problem this could have easily cost me my life as well as my children..... Be safe DRIVE SAFE!!

SCAM BEWARE! Will not let you test drive without doing an application first. I would never give my personal information and let you run my credit if I don't know how the vehicle runs and if I plan on purchasing. Also, terrible customer service!

It was a very pleasant experience. Jonathon and Alicia were great. They actually listened and they answered all of my questions and sold me the car I wanted without being pushy. Painless. I would recommend checking them out.

Justin was excellent . This was my FIRST time buying a car myself and he made the process smooth and easy and was able to get me in and out. He helped me to understand the whole process, and helped me get a good rate on insurance . 10/10 definitely recommend him to anyone .

This was the smoothest purchase I've ever made! They were very professional, straight forward but down to business! Daniel was great to work with funny, fun, down to earth & nonjudgmental. Alecia was my girl!! She was straight up laid back but yet very professional & a pleasure to work with. She is truly a woman of her word! Jonathan was all around funny he def kept the atmosphere tension down since buying a car can be stressful but the whole crew made it a great experience!! 10 of 10 would recommend

I had a very great experience here!!! They worked with me and got me the car I wanted!!! I'm so in love with my jeep!!! The manager was very sweet and worked hard to make sure I drove off in my new car!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Monroe office worst evere!!! Scammers!!! Took $1,000.00 from a single mom. Saying a non-refundable deposit. No discussion no signs anywhere. Just after they insisted I leave one to hold car. No set price for deposit just whatever you leave they deceitfully take. And when tried to talk to lady she laughed and smirked. Had to file legal suit. These are crooked people please do not deal with them!!!
