Scammers ! I bought a Buick lacrosse car OUTRIGHT from this place ,drove home with it and that's the most I've done since I got it. It has literally been in the shop and I've been without a car for weeks . I've taken it to Firestone, Mavis, and this other mechanic on Graham st to get different opinions via tow just for them to say “bring it back here for a second opinion”. I'm trying to figure out what's going to be done that wasn't done the first time before you put a for sale sign on the car. It's clear a diagnostic wasn't done before they put it out on the lot. Just not a care in the world and I'm going on three weeks putting more money into it than actually enjoying it. It's very tacky and unprofessional . I will never recommend this location. Try another.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Fair warning these people are crooks. My Insurance cancelled in 2 days I had it reinstated called them and they still repossessed my car. I have a disabled sibling I take care of a was without a vehicle until I could pay a 500$ repossession fee. Once this car is paid off I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND WILL WARN EVERYONE I KNOW OR ENCOUNTER

Updating my original review!! Make sure you take a mechanic with you to check the vehicle out before you purchase!!! The cars are As-Is (which I new and was ok with), but I mentioned how “noisy” the steering wheel was during my test drive and was told Buicks are just “noisy” , which is not true. I took my car for an oil change 2 weeks after purchase just to be told my high pressure power steering has a leak $650 (why it's noisy) AND I have an oil leak $2500. I called and spoke with Alicia to ask about how extensive of a check they do on the vehicles before they put them on the lot for sale and the answer was just state inspection. I told her the issues with my car and she did ask to see the paperwork and she'd see if there was anything they could do to help….its been almost a month and still no response. The office staff was nice during the buying experience and I overall love my car BUT if I had know it was leaking oil/power steering fluid I wouldn't have purchased it. If you need a car and a big dealership is not an option at the time, I'd still say check them out, just be aware and take a mechanic with you or do an extensive test drive and have it checked out (they tell you to drive down to gas station and turn around).

Ms. Alicia and my salesman were so great; they both really worked hard to make sure I was able to drive off in a vehicle I would highly recommend!!!

Alicia and Daniel were amazing! She even offered to work with me on the down payment and refunded a credit charge fee due to specific circumstances ! Daniel is a great salesman with a very personable and professional personality. Would definitely recommend if you're going through tough times and need a ride!

My salesman Jonathan made getting a new vehicle seamless! I was able to get into the car I wanted with an affordable down payment and monthly payments within my personal budget. Alicia the finance manager was a whole vibe and made sure I understood everything finance related. 10/10 recommend!

Man this my second time coming to get a dodge charger from them and they are great! Really fast and helpful even gave me gas to make it home! Isaiah is the truth bruh! Great person good vibes highly recommend this place! And the notes cheaps for new cars!

My experience here at Ride Now Motors was awesome. I went to the car lot on Saturday 8/31 and Isaiah went over and beyond to help me get into a car. He was very professional each and every time we converse it thank you Isaiah and also thank you to the office manager that was on duty that day. You were awesome as well. I will recommend people to come here to this location.I am enjoying my Mazda Cx9 SUV 😃

I bought a 2017 Mustang last year. The experience was great. The issue came when I bought the car. The car had a blown engine. Day 1. Horrible experience. The owner of the dealer gave me 2 options. Get a used engine “free of charge” or get a new engine with warranty for an additional $1,000 bucks. I was highly frustrated by this. I mean, yes they are fixing it. But blown engine on day one? Like how did this pass through inspection? Either way, I did get the latter option (new engine). And my car has been running great. One year has officially has passed by. And I didn't want to leave a review yet because I didn't know how to feel. But all I can say is that they made a mistake, but they fixed the mistake. And I have been enjoying my car very much. It wouldve been a 5/5 review if they've put the new engine free of charge but, it wasn't that big a deal. And im still covered under Ford's warranty. Props to Alicia (sorry if i got her name wrong). She did her best to help us through the whole process. She was the best!

Walked into RideNow hoping to find a perfect fit for my wife & my first bike. Was lucky to have Zach helping us. He knew what we looked for a gave us a few options, different prices. We pulled the trigger on two bikes, got what we feel was an amazing deal on a brand new bike and a bike that had used with 18 miles on it. Once we were done we also had great help from MATT over at the accessories side that helped find some Helmets and honestly gave us a great deal on the two helmets.. Will be back to see him about adding comms. Extremely happy with our purchase and will be back when we're ready to upgrade from what we feel are very good starter bikes(MT03 && Rebel 500)
