Great dealership to come too!… very helpful

Went there with a 08 Jeep Commander having a lot of problems with the car they looked it over they used it as a down payment for another vehicle and I was able to get approved for a 2012 Jeep Cherokee with low payments was very pleased the young gentleman he came out of the building introduced himself greeted us in was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a buy here pay here would recommend highly highly recommend going there for a vehicle

The team there was excellent. Greet me when I walked in. Bernard (I'm sorry if I said your name wrong)took care of me in a swift and timely matter. The female who work there was so helpful as well. I walked out with a SMILE on my face.

They mean well, but rely on ai to handle their scheduling and customer service. I have bought from them before, but ended up going somewhere else because the ai they use would only speak to me about vehicles they have on their lot that have a salvage title…no one wants those. At least not me.

Customer service is always on point! This our third time purchasing a vehicle through these guys. Great quality cars low interest rates. Tory helps us into our new vehicle and I absolutely cannot forget about Alicia working her magic for us to get us within our price range of where we needed to be with little money down. Thank you all yet again for another purchase! We we be back soon

Experience with Tory, the sales person was excellent. I'd buy a car from him any day. When we were at the dealership, Alicia gave us an approximate range of down payment needed - might be between $1500-3000 (she wasn't sure). She ran our credit - how can you not know!!!! My wife called to speak with the financing person Alicia the same day. She has been very wishy-washy. She told us "that's not what we agreed to". Well, we didn't actually agree to anything & not with her. We merely called to find out our financing options between two vehicles on their lot. WE WANTEDTO COME IN THAT SAME DAY AND PURCHASE ONE OF THE TWO CARS WE LOOKED AT. She promised to look into it and call us right back. After 3-4 hours, we called her again and she again promised to call us as soon as she was done with a customer. It's now been a week and no return call! ALICIA COST YOUR BUSINESS A SALE! You should know the reason, as we just left another dealership with our new car.

My experience with Ride Now Motors has been defined by one thing: dishonesty. Time and again, they made promises that were never kept and statements that turned out to be false. Instead of standing by their word, they consistently shifted stories, dodged accountability, and left me chasing down basic answers. Professionalism was nowhere to be found. Calls went unanswered, agreements were broken, and every interaction reinforced the impression that this dealership cares more about making a quick sale than treating customers with honesty and respect. Ride Now Motors cannot be trusted. Their repeated failure to honor commitments and their willingness to mislead customers make it clear they do not operate with integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. Be aware: they report/challenge negative reviews so most of them aren't seen publicly.

After putting 4000 down on a car in may I missed one payment and they repossessed my car for 300 then tried to make me pay 2200 to get the car back please skip this place it's a scam and now trying to put the car back on the lot to scam someone else go to car buy u they really help unlike these scammers.

They have good reviews, but I Drove 40 minutes under false pretenses. had it been clear what they needed from me I could have avoided wasting my time and possibly done business with them at a later date. Awful experience for sure.

Bought a Mazda CX5 2018 from the Albamarle location. Nice experience, noncombative as in the big dealerships. Didnt get stuck in the office for hours. The car had extensive documentation on the service record. Nice guys and not abrasive. Love the car. I would recomend shopping here. Good prices and willing to negotiate.

Just think it's a rip-off and for them to pose as saying 500 down and then asking for a bunch of information and then telling a person that they can't even help them when they're supposed to be a place to help people build credit and it says repose credit or no credit or bad credit been asking a person for a co-signer and then saying that the payments would be a whole lot down just a whole waste of time especially when some people are really in need of a vehicle

i would put 0 stars if i could. i do not recommend buying a car from this dealership!!! they are liars and a waste of time. the salesman “Lukas” said over the phone i was approved and to head to the dealership and then when i arrive they tell me that im going to need more money for the down payment. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT do not waste your time with this dealership!!!!!
