Great professional nice is how I would describe Luka berry great guy. N the manager was very helpful I had a wonderful experience at ride ow motor. Even agreed to fix something I seen wrong with no hassle thanks guys.

Want to start off by saying the Monroe location team Mrs. Alicia Lucas and my boy Danny deserve all the good things that's coming to them they welcomed me in got me exactly what I was looking for didn't feel judged a great price we went over everything and they made sure my experience was a 10/10 I promise if your looking for a car you have to come to them they where amazing friendly nice establishments good positive vibes I hope the staff see this yall keep doing what yall doing and been good people thank you so much yall got to go shop they got so much nice cars for great prices it was a fast process and Mrs.Alicia helped me really get my dream car after other places completely turned me down i appreciate yall go shop with them before I buy every car

My name is Wayne Jones. I had a great experience today buying a suv from ride now motors today. My good friend Luke helped me picked out the car of of my dreams. He was very patient and enthusiastic about selling me a vehicle. Also the other staff was nice also. Got a great deal for the vehicle. I would recommend anybody to visit ride now motors if your looking for nice used cars.

Please dont go here!!!! worst experience EVER! RADIO, AND HEAT DID WORK, AND NEEDED A CATALYTIC CONVERTER! ONLY DROVE IT FOR 2 DAYS!!! DROPPED IT OFF IN HOUSE MECHANIC HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT OR HOW TO FIX IT. THEY HAD IT FOR ANOTHER 3 WEEKS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The one star should be 0 star. Lucas was an amazing sales guy. He definitely needs to find another job because this location is not it. Lucas go to a major car dealer.He is sweet and full of energy. Very polite. The finance lady is a joke and has a very nasty condescending attitude. She talks down to you like your nothing. Asking for a 10,000 deposit is Ludicrous. They advertised if you work you drive. Literally people go there because of bad credit or no history. I brought the same car I wanted from them two years newer the next day from a dealer with no co- signer. I was treated with respect. My credit did have reposesions on it. I explained my situation. In life stuff happens but you talk to people how you want to be talked to. I even offered a cosigner and a $5,000 down payment. She is wicked. I don't even know how they stay in businesses. I also brought my God daughter back Lucas told her she was approved. The here comes the finance witch asking for a $6,000 down payment. If people had that kid of money. Why would we come to them. Take your time and look elsewhere.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a vehicle from this place. They sold me a vehicle that had VIN number change and decided to tell me after having to call them because my insurance company is stating that it's not a valid VIN Number! They claimed the DMV changed the VIN # because it was removed by previous owner. The day I bought the vehicle, all paperwork I signed had the ORG VIN#! The jeep was not inspected & Had to bring it back and sit in the office until the guy came back from getting it inspected. I rode on a 30 tag days after expired & I asked the office manager what could be done in the mean time because it's my only transportation, she replied & said that she would pay for the ticket if I was to get one. Ridiculous & very unprofessional! 3 MTHS later they switched my remaining amount to a finance company & they were even worse. Every Month I had to contact my insurance and update the VIN because the system wouldn't recognize because how the updated VIN # was that it was changed too. & it would go change back to the org VIN. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!

Go see Lukas! He was so great and very patient. Did an awesome job with helping me get the vehicle I wanted. And omg he's energy is definitely a vibe!

I just purchased a Ford expedition had it 2 weeks the first week hit ran hot the 2 second time this week did it a aging leave me &my 3 boy's stranded for hours until the state patrol save us.

I couldn't find my original review (also a 1 star). This place is by far the worst business around. Never buy a car from here, these people are liars and know for a fact they're selling cars that shouldn't even be allowed to be sold. It's as-is and they'll lie to your face and tell you a car has never had any issues. Had to have my car taken to a shop for a month just 3 days after purchasing due to having to replace an entire rear differential. Of which cost $9800. I purchased my car for $26k with nearly $10k needed in repairs and was deceived. I truly wish it were possible to sue and have this place shut down after seeing that they're doing this to many many more people. Not long after that fix, it required another fix which ran me another $7k. $17k to fix a $25k car. Should've bought brand new at that point. Rant over. TLDR. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY KNOW THEY'RE SELLING GARBAGE AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND HAHE NO ISSUES.
